Ingredients List:
1 sprig of fresh mint
3 bananas sliced into half inch thick slices
3 sliced kiwis
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced into medium pieces
1 can crushed pineapple
1 container of thawed frozen whipped topping
One 8 ounce container of sour cream
1 package of instant pudding, any flavor
One 9 inch angel food cake
Directions:
The first thing you will want to do is to prepare your mixture. You do this by folding the sour cream into the unprepared pudding mixture and the whipping cream. Cut the angel food cake into thirds, do this horizontally. Now you are going to take your large glass bowl and line the bottom of it with your sliced kiwis, as well as your strawberries. You will want to put aside two entire strawberries and two kiwi slices. Lay one layer of the angel food cake on the kiwis and strawberries, and lay a third of the bananas and pineapple on top of it. Then you are going to put a third of the whipped cream mixture on top. You want to repeat this process until the ingredients have been used up. You can use some of the left over fruit and the sprig of mint on the top to decorate it. This trifle tastes wonderful. It will be the talk of the town and you better get ready by printing out the recipe for all of those friends and relatives who will be knocking on your door for it.
