Ingredients List:
1 frozen pound cake
½ cup raspberry jam
1/3 cup sherry
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
2 peeled kiwis, sliced into slices
2 peaches cut in to chunks
2 packs of vanilla pudding
1 thawed frozen container of whipping cream
Directions:
Prepare your pudding according to the directions on the package and set it aside. You are going to thaw out the frozen pound cake and then cut it into small pieces. Put the cake into a bowl and sprinkle the sherry on it, let it set soaking for a few minutes. Heat the jam up enough for it to be easy enough to spread and spread it over the cake. Now you are going to put the berries, peaches, and kiwi on the top of the cake. Finally, you are going to take your pudding and pour it on to the top of your fruits and cake.
Now your trifle is ready to be chilled. Once you chill it for about 4 hours, it will be ready to go. This dessert is perfect for any occasion and it is just the thing for you to serve at your home, or bring to others homes.
