Triple Berry Delight Trifle recipe

The Triple Berry Delight Trifle has everything that a great tasting and gorgeous dessert should have. This trifle has a fresh and fun taste which makes it the perfect dessert for people of all ages. However, it also has a rich and creamy side which makes it a good dessert to serve after an elegant meal.

Ingredients List:

One 14 ounce can of fat free and sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces of lemon yogurt
One 8 ounce container thawed frozen whipping cream
1 angel food cake, crumbled
1 cup of fresh and sliced strawberries
2 teaspoons of grated lemon peels
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1 cup of fresh blueberries
½ cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of slivered and toasted almonds

Directions:

You want to mix the milk, yogurt, lemon peel, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Then you are going to fold in two cups of the whipped topping. Take out your glass trifle dish and place a third of the cake crumbs in it. Then you will lay a third of the lemon mix on top of that, followed by all of the strawberries. Then you are going to repeat the cake and lemon layers, followed with a layer of the blueberries, cake crumbles, and lemon mix. Once these ingredients are gone you will sprinkle your raspberries on top. Place the left over whipped topping on the very top and sprinkle on your almonds. You will want to chill the trifle in the refrigerator once it is finished for about eight hours. Once you pull this trifle out of the fridge, you won't want to wait to take a big bite of it. This dessert is absolutely wonderful.
